Greetings from Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
We are pleased to announce that Universiti Brunei Darussalam is organizing the
International Forum and Workshop for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education with the theme “Innovations in Teaching and Learning to Meet the Demands of the 21st Century” on 25 - 27 July 2011.
This forum aims to provide an opportunity to Faculty members from the University of
Brunei Darussalam and other universities in the region to explore the innovative practices in teaching, learning, and assessment to enact the learning experience of both undergraduate and graduate students.
Registration Fees:
Early bird* US$ 300 (must be received on or before 20th June2011)
Normal Fee* US$ 350 (After 20th June2011 and not later than 5th July 2011)
Registration fee payment for overseas and local participants must be received by 5th July 2011.
The following specialist persons, among others, will conduct the Forum/ Workshop:
Professor Patrick Griffin, Chair of Education (Assessment) and Director of the Assessment Research Centre, University of Melbourne.
Professor Michael Prosser, Professor & Executive Director, Centre for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning, The University of Hong Kong
Professor Keith Trigwell, Professor of Higher Education, University of Sydney,
Professor Paul Ramsden, Visiting Professor, Institute of Education, University of London, and an adjunct professor at Macquarie University, Australia.
