BESETOHA is a forum in which four representative East Asian Universities - Peking University, Seoul National University, Vietnam National University in Hanoi and the University of Tokyo - meet to discuss the present state and future directions of university education, basic education and educational culture. The BESETOHA forum takes its name from the names of the attending universities. The following seven forums have been held to date.
