VIBE Project - Creating a positive change in teaching innovation at VNU

VIBE project on “Leading and Embedding a Culture of Innovation across Higher Education: Preparing for the 4th Industrial Revolution” implemented by VNU in collaboration with the University College Dublin Innovation Academy (Ireland), with the support of the Irish Embassy in Vietnam, has been successfully implemented with various results beyond the set targets as well as highly appreciated by the beneficiaries, partners and donors.

In the past year, VNU cooperated with the Innovation Academy to organize 4 intensive online training courses on “Innovation and Creativity in Education” with the participation of 22 VNU lecturers. Groups of VNU lecturers jointly developed and implemented 7 Action Learning Projects with the mentoring and companionship of the lecturers from the UCD Innovation Academy, thereby applying their knowledge and skills learned from the online training courses to bring innovation and value to training activities at VNU.

The project also formed a community of innovative educators in the spirit of entrepreneurship (VNU VIBERS Community) to create and spread their innovation activities at VNU and other educational institutions nationwide.

VNU and VNU VIBERS Community have deployed more than 20 training courses, aiming to spread the values ​​of the project to staff, lecturers, students in VNU and other educational institutions along the country. The training activities within the framework of the project received very positive feedback from the trainees.

The VIBE project has also been creating a positive change in teaching innovation at VNU, confirming VNU's position in the national innovation and startup ecosystem.
